The recycling bins round here look like that sometimes! I think the council underestimate how much people recycle.... But I hate to see overflowing rubbish. People are so wasteful.
I'm happy to hear folks recycle were you are. It's practiced a lot here, too. But, as you pointed out, an overflowing trash bin is a waste....no pun intended. Thanks for commenting on this.
